Heat For A Hero was founded in 2024 with a mission to ensure heroes of our local communities have the proper heating and cooling systems needed to keep their families safe and comfortable.
Our team is made up of HVAC industry professionals from South Dakota and surrounding areas.
We partner with a variety of HVAC organizations including local vendors and contractors to ensure our beneficiaries are getting the best and safest systems available for their homes.
The mission of Heat For A Hero is to ensure heroes of our local communities have the proper heating and cooling systems needed to keep their families safe and comfortable. Through our professional involvement and connections in the HVAC industry, we hope to help families in need by providing and installing heating and cooling systems through partnering with local contractors. Heat For A Hero will never charge for products or services it is providing.

Heat For A Hero is an true 501(c)(3) approved tax-exempt charitable organization which allows donors a tax deduction for their donation and for peace of mind that their donations are going to a true charitable cause that is making a difference in their local community.
Administration costs and overhead is paid for out of a separate fund than general donations, so donors can be sure that 100% of their donations are going towards the cause of helping a local hero have a safe and comfortable home for their family. Please specify when donating if you would like your donation to go to administrative costs.
